At the fall 2014 runway show for KAUFMANFRANCO it was a glittering display of minimalism with slashed, body conscious frocks in neutral shades of black, white, navy, and gray from the design team of Ken Kaufman and Isaac Franco.
The line is know for it's simplicity however Franco explains, "We deliver clothes that are deceptively understated, but when you take a closer look at them, they are actually quite complex, not based on decoration but on the cut, fabric and meticulous detailing." Devotees will agree that this duo know how to show off a woman's body.
Very on-trend slashed midrifs and shoulder cut-outs are sexy without being overly revealing. The sexy slits are perfect for East Hamptons's Gwyneth Paltrow
(who loves her Calvin Klein
but can't wear it all the time) and Mrs. Brad Pitt
, Angelina Jolie
, who we all know loves drama. Either of these A-List ladies would look exceedingly chic this fall in the crocodile shift or white wrap dress too.
