New York City - Eveningwear designer Lorena Sarbu presented her Fall 2011 couture collection on February 9 at her New York showroom. Making her New York Fashion Week debut, Lorena welcomed press, stylists, buyers and other VIP guests to her showroom for an intimate cocktail party and showing of her new couture collection. Lorena worked with renowned stylist Ann Caruso on styling the collection for last night's presentation. Ann accessorized each glamorous look with beautiful jewelry by Danni Jo.

Inspired by 1920s opulence and glamour, the collection features art deco-inspired patterns and elaborate beading. The collection includes elaborate, pleated tulle and organza styles, encrusted with Swarovski crystals; Luxe embellishments include leather details, ostrich feathers and the finest French laces. This season' color palette includes rich shades of amethyst, emerald green, deep slate blues, cappuccino and metallic tones.
