Southampton - Based on the Italian Beauty Secrets of Sicily, Cali Cosmetics uses ingredients straight from the soils of the Cali beauty farm. Discovered by Baronessa Consuelo Cali's great, great grandfather, Gesualo Di Naro, in the 19th century, the Cali family began using extracts of Sicilian Blood Red Oranges for both internal and external use.
The Tarocco line, infused with the natural antioxidants of Sicilian red oranges along with olive oil extracts, moisturizes the skin without making it greasy. The line consists of shampoo and conditioning treatments, facial scrubs and scented candles that will ignite the home with exotic orange scents.
Baronessa Consuelo Cali founded Cali Cosmetics in 1996 in an effort to spread Italian beauty secrets through the world, while maintaining the integrity of her family's original recipes. She has since developed over 100 products in three different product lines. "Generations have enjoyed and benefited from our family recipes and it's our philosophy to treat the outside and the inside of our bodies with the same care while using the finest ingredients," says Baronessa.
Cali Cosmetics bath, body and home fragrance products are sold locally and featured in hotels and spas throughout New York, including the Chequit Inn on Shelter Island, Homeport in Montauk and the New York Botanical Gardens.
