The package includes two nights accommodations for two in one of the hotels "cozy" level rooms, breakfast served each morning either in your room or in the restaurant, fresh-cut flowers delivered to your room upon arrival, a bottle of champagne from their wine cellar, homemade chocolate covered strawberries, Malin + Goetz scented candles, a chef's tasting menu for two with three courses and wine pairings on the night of your choice. The price for this package is $760. The Living Room restaurant has assembled a menu that includes an array of aphrodisiacs. The menu will be available from February 12 to February 14.

Gurney's Inn, Resort, Spa & Conference Center (290 Old Montauk Highway, Montauk; 631-668-2345) is offering a white range of services for Valentine's Day this year. Their "Valentine's Day Package" includes an ocean view room, a romantic four-course dinner for two with champagne, a one hour couples Swedish massage, oceanfront breakfast for two, rose petals on the bed, and a petite bottle of Gurney's massage oil. This package is available on Valentine's Day for a price of $514. The restaurant will be serving a special romantic dinner menu, which includes a bottle of Cupcake Vineyard Prosecco. Seatings are available at 5 p.m., 7 p.m., and 9 p.m. Gurney's will also offer guests an opportunity to renew their vows while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean at 4 p.m. on February 14. Reservations must be made in advance for all of these amazing offerings from Gurney's.

The Hedges Inn (74 James Lane, East Hampton; 631-324-7101), is also offering a special Valentine's Day package, which includes half bottle of red or white wine, a box of Godiva chocolates, and a $50 credit to The Boathouse Restaurant on Three Mile Harbor. The package will be available from February 11 to February 15.

Now for all you singles out there, you have not been forgotten! There is a great event being held at 230 Elm (230 Elm Street, Southampton; 631-377-3900). It will feature music by Paul Mahos and the adored Hamptons band New Life Crisis. The doors open at 7 p.m. and the party will go until 11:30 p.m. $25 in advance includes delectable appetizers, mouth-watering buffet, dessert, and cash bar. Only a limited number of reservations are available so make your reservations as soon as possible!

Finally, Dockers Restaurant may be closed for the season, but that doesn't mean they're not busy! Dockers has engaged the services of local artist, Frank Latorre, to paint the view and sunset as it appears from the deck of the restaurant. The oversized painting set to be 100 inches by 42 inches will hang in the main dining room. Owner, Larry Hoffman said that he hired the artist when he met him last year at a luncheon that was held at Dockers. "I liked his work very much and he was very engaging", Hoffman added. "I live local and I want to hire local vendors, suppliers, contractors and employees so I know that I am contributing to the local economy so I was very thrilled to have Frank do this painting for us" he said.
