Still do not have plans or a destination for this year's Super Bowl? Head East my friends, Head East! Now!

Gurney's Inn Resort and Spa in Montauk is throwing a Super Bowl Party in their Port O' Call Bar overlooking the Atlantic Ocean that includes a free buffet and drink specials all night. Whether a Raven's Radical or a San Fran Fanatic it should be a great game, so why not have a great venue with a great view to compliment the final football fix of the season.

Better yet, book a room, arrive early and grab a massage in the Salt Water Spa to loosen up before the festivities begin. After your massage soak in the Roman Baths, melt in the Swedish sauna, sweat in the steam room and then take a refreshing swim in the oceanfront, ocean water Olympic sized pool. Depending on how much you party at Gurney's Super Bowl Party, you will probably want to repeat the whole luxurious self-indulgence all over again before check-out on Monday. Frankly, you'll undoubtedly need it!

Okay, admittedly, this game will not mean as much to we East Enders as recent Giants vs. Patriots battles, but it should still be a great Super Bowl. The end of a brilliant defensive career as Raven's future Hall of Fame linebacker Ray Lewis plays his swain song game and the first appearance on football's grand stage by future superstar '49er quarterback Colin Kaepernick.

Face it, most of us plan on using a sick day and skip work on Monday, so we might as well make a weekend of it. That said go east to Montauk, THE END, to Gurney's for the end of the 2013 gridiron season and the grand finale of football.
