East Hampton - Thursday, October 8 marked the start of the 17th Annual Hamptons International Film Festival (HIFF). In less than two decades this cinematic extravaganza has grown in both size and prestige, drawing to it some of the world's most respected actors, producers and directors, along with the emerging stars of the next generation of filmmakers.
