Westhampton Beach - Well, we all know there are two things you can count on in life - death and taxes, however, to thousands of Irish-Americans, and those who are Irish for a day - you can also count on a parade somewhere to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day! This year the citizenry of Westhampton Beach launched the first parade celebration on the East End with their 42nd Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade led by Grand Marshall Seth Allan.
