Amagansett - Back behind the Marine Museum in Amagansett, an unassuming shed houses the beginnings of a movement, a push to return to the traditions of East Hampton's coastal past. Boat Right Rob Barker and the members of the East End Classic Boat Society regularly gather together in the small shop to revive a local pastime long left by the wayside and in danger of being forgotten - that of homemade, handcrafted wooden vessels.
