New York City - Tartan Week NYC concluded with the 12th Annual Tartan Day Parade down Sixth Avenue. Scottish pride festooned Fashion Avenue as the sound of pipers echoed through Midtown to the cheers of thousands of flag waving Scottish-Americans. (Douglas Harrington)
