Wokkisake Blue Beach

Master mixologist Steve Valyo keeps the cocktails fresh and fruity all summer long on the patio at popular Southampton landmark, The Drivers Seat. One of the Hamptons most innovative bartenders creating zingy cocktails with many of the new infused rums and vodkas. Steve is tops at the craft of cocktail concoction.

For a truly South Seas experience, Steve has developed a spin on the traditional martini with the basic ingredient a new sake infused vodka that will make you feel as if you're on the sands of Bali! Okay so it's got a lot of vodka, but, hey, it's the Hamptons!

 • Chill martini glasses. For each cocktail mix the following in an ice filled shaker.

 • 4 parts Wokkisake Vodka

 • 1 part Curacao

 • Splash of Pineapple

 • Shake, pour, and garnish with a pineapple stick.

The Driver's Seat is located on Jobs Lane in Southampton.
