Bedell Cellars: 2010 Taste Rose

Cutchogue - Joining Taste Red and Taste White, premium Taste Rosé is the newest member of the Bedell family of wines, and was handcrafted using a unique blend of grapes grown on our estate on the North Fork of Long Island. The wine's enchanting color is the result of a gentle whole-cluster pressing of grapes immediately after harvest, and the juice was fermented naturally using indigenous yeast.

The result is a deeply aromatic and crisp Rosé with aromas of passion fruit, wild strawberry, and citrus. Internationally renowned artist Barbara Kruger created the label art exclusively for Bedell, suggesting the notion that Taste can influence what we love, how we live, and who we think we are.

Bedell 2010 Taste Rosé
62 percent Merlot
27 percent Cabernet Franc
7 percent Syrah
4 percent Petit Verdot

Available April 2011
