Tasty Cocktail Recipes To Enjoy During The Holidays

Southampton - During the holidays, there are always some new and fun cocktails family, guests, hosts and hostesses might like to try. Below are some interesting and tasty recipes from Moet & Chandon and SKYY Spirits. Enjoy!

Berry Frost (17 oz. pitcher) - Created by Kim Haasarud, Liquid Architecture

 • 1.5 oz. Belvedere Vodka
 • 1 oz. lemon juice
 • 1 oz. simple syrup
 • 3 oz. white cranberry juice
 • 20 red and white grapes
 • 6 oz Moet & Chandon Impérial Champagne

Directions: In the bottom of a 17 oz. pitcher, muddle the grapes. Add the Belvedere vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup and white cranberry juice. Stir. Cover and keep refrigerated until ready to use. When ready to use, stir contents and top with chilled White Star champagne. Stir again. Serve with cocktail glasses filled with ice and pre-garnished with three to four grapes.

NOTE: While Sangrias can be "made-to-order", they are better the longer they sit in the pitcher. For optimum taste, make at least an hour in advance. (The pre-batched pitchers can be made up to 48 hours in advance).

Winter Wanderlust.

Winter Wanderlust

 • 1 oz./16 1/2 oz. X-Rated Fusion Liqueur
 • 1/2 oz./25 oz. SKYY Vodka
 • 1 oz./16 1/2 oz. Orange Juice
 • 1oz./16 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
 • 1/2 oz./8 oz. Grenadine

Directions: To serve as a cocktail: Serve in a highball glass. Garnish with twist of orange. To serve as a punch: Combine one bottle of SKYY Vodka, 16 1/2 oz. of X-Rated Fusion Liqueur, 16 1/2 oz. of Orange Juice, 16 1/2 oz. of Pineapple Juice, and 8 oz. of Grenadine in a bowl. Serve mixture directly into ice filled glasses and stir to cool the mixture. Garnish with slices of orange.

Mele Kalikimaka Martini.

Mele Kalikimaka Martini

A creative twist on a Bing Crosby classic, the Mele Kalikimaka Martini is "Hawaii's way to say Merry Christmas to you." Turning a classic cocktail contemporary using SKYY Infusions Pineapple and Coconut Cream, the martini adds a personal touch to your typical eggnog and is a surefire way to impress any partygoer.

 • 1.5 oz. SKYY Infusions Pineapple
 • 3 oz. Eggnog
 • Splash of Coconut Cream or Coconut Milk
 • Nutmeg
 • Cinnamon

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into martini glass. Top with sprinkling of nutmeg and cinnamon and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

 • 1 oz. SKYY Infusions Raspberry
 • 3 oz. Red Cranberry Juice
 • 0.5 oz. Grenadine
 • 0.5 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
 • Lemon Lime Soda
 • Candy Canes

Directions: Rim martini glass with crushed candy cane. Combine SKYY Vodka, Peppermint Schnapps, Cranberry Juice and Grenadine into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into martini glass. Top with Lemon Lime Soda and garnish with small peppermint candy cane.

Noël Impérial (17 oz. Pitcher) - Created by Kim Haasarud, Liquid Architecture

 • 1 oz. Grand Marnier
 • 1 oz. simple syrup
 • 1 oz. lemon juice
 • 2 oz. pineapple juice
 • 6 oz. Moët & Chandon Impérial Champagne (almost two cups)
 • 3 spoonfuls of fruit cocktail

Directions: In the bottom of a 17 o.z pitcher, muddle the fruit cocktail. Add the Grand Marnier, simple syrup, lemon juice and pineapple juice. Stir contents. Cover and keep refrigerated until ready to serve. When ready to serve, stir contents and top with chilled White Star champagne. Stir again and serve with cocktail glasses filled with ice.

Cuppa Good Cheer.


Cuppa Good Cheer
Whether you anticipate a "White Christmas" or a California "Endless Summer," we all snuggle up with loved ones and a cup of warm hot cocoa at least once during the holiday season. Thick, frothy and decadent, a Cuppa Good Cheer featuring SKYY Infusions Cherry is a mature version of a holiday favorite and certain to keep spirits bright.

 • 1.5 oz. SKYY Infusions Cherry
 • 0.5 White Creme de Cacao
 • 4 oz. Extra Hot Chocolate
 • 1 oz. Half and Half
 • Whipped Cream
 • Red Sprinkles
 • Maraschino Cherry

Directions: Combine all ingredients into a holiday mug and top with whipped cream, red sprinkles and a Maraschino Cherry.

New Year's Eve Sparkler.


New Year's Eve Sparkler
Infuse passion into the New Year with a flashy cocktail featuring SKYY Infusions Passion Fruit, fresh juice and raspberries. The New Year's Sparkler is an easy way to spice up your champagne flute this New Year's Eve.

 • 1 oz. SKYY Infusions Passion Fruit
 • 1.5 oz. Pomegranate Juice
 • 3.5 oz. Champagne
 • 5 to 6 Raspberries

Directions: Combine SKYY Infusions Raspberry and cranberry juice in a chilled champagne flute and top with champagne. Garnish with raspberry tree - slide five to six raspberries onto long skewer and place vertically in champagne glass.

Cranberry Holiday Punch

 • 2 six-ounce cans Cranberry juice concentrate
 • 2 six-ounce cans Pink lemonade concentrate
 • 1 750ml bottle X-Rated Fusion Liqueur
 • 1 qt. club soda, chilled
 • 2 bottles pink champagne, chilled
 • Ice cubes

Directions: To serve as cocktail: Serve in rocks glass with cranberries throughout glass. To serve as punch: In large punch bowl, combine cranberry juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate, X-Rated Fusion Liqueur, club soda and champagne. Add ice cubes. Serve immediately. Garnish with slices of lemon.

Holiday Glögg.

Holiday Glögg
Greet your guests in from the cold, winter weather with a traditional cup of Holiday Glögg, a Scandinavian take on mulled wine. Made in large batches and easily reheated time and time again, this recipe is a great one to have in your back pocket for any surprise guests.

 • 12 oz. SKYY Vodka
 • 1 Bottle 750 ml of Dry Red Wine
 • 1.5 tbsp. Mulling Spice
 • 1 tsp. Fresh Orange Zest
 • 2 tbsp. Sugar
 • 2 tbsp. Blanched Almonds
 • 4 tbsp. Raisins

Directions: Wrap Mulling Spice in cheesecloth. In a large saucepan, combine the Wine, SKYY Vodka, cheesecloth with Mulling Spice, Orange Zest and Sugar. Allow to very lightly simmer over medium heat for at least 30 minutes (do not boil). Discard the mulling spices. Drop a few raisins and almonds at the bottom of each mug and top with the hot liquid.

MexiCabo Hot Chocolate

 • 1 1/2 oz. Cabo Wabo Blanco Tequila
 • 4 oz. Hot Chocolate
 • 1/2 oz. Coffee Liqueur
 • Whipped Cream

Directions: Pour all ingredients into a coffee cup. Stir well. Finish with dollop of whipped cream. Servings: 1

Hark Rocker Cider.

Hard Rocker Cider

 • 1 cup Cabo Wabo Reposado Tequila
 • 4 cups Apple Cider
 • 1 cup Cranberry Juice Cocktail
 • ź cup Orange-Flavored Liqueur
 • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
 • Cinnamon Sticks, for garnish

Directions: In a pot or crockpot, heat and stir cider, cranberry juice cocktail, and nutmeg on low just until hot for two hours. Do not boil. When ready to serve, turn on high for 10 minutes and stir in tequila and liqueur. Garnish with a cinnamon stick. Servings: 6

The Ninth Night
You may think that you're done celebrating once the candles burn out in the menorah, but The Ninth Night is the great way to conclude your Hanukkah festivities. A refreshing cocktail designed to commemorate a special (and unofficial) ninth night of Hanukkah.

 • 2 oz. SKYY Infusions Citrus
 • 1 oz. Triple Sec
 • 1 oz. White Cranberry Juice
 • Lemon Lime Soda
 • Lime Juice

Directions: Combine SKYY Infusions Citrus, Triple Sec and Cranberry Juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into tall rocks glass with fresh ice. Top with soda and lots of fresh lime juice. Garnish with blue ribbon or pipe cleaner around the glass.

'Tis the Singin' Sangria.

'Tis the Singin' Sangria

 • 1 cup Cabo Wabo Blanco Tequila
 • 1 bottle White Wine
 • 1/2 can Frozen Cranberry Concentrate
 • 1 cup Raspberries
 • 1/2 cup Orange Juice
 • ź cup Lime Juice
 • ź cup Sugar
 • ź cup Orange Liqueur
 • 1 to 2 Lemons cut into thin quarters, for garnish

Directions: Add the white wine, tequila, orange liqueur, cranberry concentrate, orange juice and lime juice to a large glass pitcher or bowl. Stir in the sugar until dissolved. Place raspberries in a small bowl and mash with spoon. Stir in the mashed raspberries. Refrigerate overnight, to let the flavors soak into the Sangria. Serve over ice. Serves 4.
