Afraid this weekend's storm is going to be another Snowmageddon? Then stay inside, sit by your roaring fire and keep cozy as you sip on one of these drinks, dreaming of warmer times.
• 2 oz. 1800 Coconut
• 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
• Mint Leaves (muddled)
• .25 oz. Simple Syrup
• .75 oz. Coconut Milk
• 1 tsp. Shredded Coconut (garnish)
Muddle mint leaves in rocks glass. Add all additional ingredients to shaker. Shake and pour over muddled mint leaves. Garnish with shredded coconut.

• 2 parts Facundo Eximo
• 3 parts Coffee
• 1 part Simple Syrup
• 1 Lemon Peel
• 1 Cinnamon Stick
• 1 Orange Peel
• 3 Coffee Beans
In a shallow pan, add rum, lemon peel, cinnamon stick, orange peel, coffee beans and simple syrup. Set the combination on fire and allow to burn for 3 minutes. Extinguish the flame by adding the coffee and serve in a mug.
Clos du Bois Cabernet Spice:
• 1 cup Clos du Bois Cabernet Sauvignon
• 3 to 4 tablespoons Orangecello
• 1 cup Orange Juice, freshly squeezed
• Juice of 1 whole Lemon, freshly squeezed
Mix all ingredients together as a batch. Shake a singular serving with ice and top off with a cinnamon stick and a maraschino cherry.
