Cinco de Mayo means the start of summer and the Hamptons season are right around the corner. Here are five margaritas with flavors ranging from berry to spicy to of course traditional to celebrate.

1. Sauza Sparkling Margarita:
For plenty of flavor without the fuss try the new Sauza Sparkling Margarita which comes in Original Lime, Wild Berry or Mango Peach. All you need to do is add ice and enjoy.
2. Rhuby Basilisk:
This refreshingly smooth margarita will be enjoyed all summer long.
• 3 oz. Rhuby Rhubarb Liqueur
• 1 oz. Light Smooth Tequila
• Fresh Basil
• Lemon Juice
Muddle fresh basil, add Rhuby and tequila and shake over ice. Strain into a chilled salt-rimmed tumbler and add a bit of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Garnish with a basil leaf.
While margaritas typically contain tequila, if it isn't your spirit of choice, the CAMUSrita is a great alternative.
• 2 oz. CAMUS VSOP Elegance
• 1 oz. Lime Juice
• 1 oz. Orange Juice
• 1 oz. Triple Sec
Combine ingredients and shake over ice. Strain into a chilled glass.
4. Pineapple Serrano Margarita:
Spice it up this Cinco de Mayo with a margarita with a punch.

• 2 oz. Herradura Silver
• 3 cubic inches of Diced Pineapple
• ¾ oz. Lime Juice
• ½ oz. Simple Syrup
• 3 slices of Serrano Chili with seeds
Crush pineapple and chili slices in the base of a shaker with a muddler. Add cubed ice and the remaining ingredients. Shake hard and strain over ice in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with a chili and a star Anise pod.
5. Smokey Margarita:
If you like the taste of spirits with a hint of smokey flavor then this margarita is a must try.
• 1 oz. Anejo Tequila
• 1 oz. Mezcal
• 1 oz. Cointreau
• .75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain over ice in a hickory smoked salt-rimmed rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
