I have been buying your Voga moscato wine for several months. In the past 3 months my husband has had to use a pipe wrench to get it open. He is not a weak man by any means. I will try once or twice more to convince myself that you have corrected this major flaw to enjoying my favorite wine. I can't open it myself. And I have to wait til he gets home before I can have a glass. I will have to drink something else if I can't get it open.
