Impress Your Guests With Cocktails Created By Today's Leading Mixologists

Southampton - Ah, the 4th of July. A day to celebrate independence, patriotism, the unofficial start of summer… and summer cocktailing!This year, turn on some patriotic tunes and impress your friends with cocktails created by today's leading mixologists.

Flor de Caña Firecracker

 • 2 oz. Flor de Caña 7 Year Rum
 • .5 oz. Simple Syrup
 • 3 Dashes Peychaud Bitters
 • Dash Lucid Absinthe
 • Grapes

Salt rim of small rocks glass. Add Flor de Caña, simple syrup, Peychaud Bittes, and Lucid to shaker with ice. Strain into coup style glass. Garnish with red grapes.

 • 3 oz. Russian Standard Vodka
 • .5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
 • .5 oz. Agave Nectar
 • 6 Cherry Tomatoes
 • 8 Basil Leaves
 • Kosher Salt
 • Cracked Black Pepper

Muddle cherry tomatoes and basil with a dash each of salt and pepper. Add lime agave and Russian Standard Vodka. Shake vigorously with ice cubes and double strain into a coupe glass rubbed with lime and rimmed with equal parts salt and black pepper. Garnish with a basil leaf.

 • 1 1/2 oz. Camus VSOP Elegance Cognac
 • 3/4 oz. Ruby port
 • 3/4 oz. Dolin dry Vermouth

Stir over ice. Strain into Champagne flute.

Red, White And B-Lucid Punch

 • 1 oz. Lucid Absinthe
 • 1 oz. gin
 • 2 strawberries, 2 blackberries
 • 1/2 oz. Ginger syrup
 • 3/4 oz. fresh orange juice

Muddle the berries in the ginger syrup and orange juice. Add remaining ingredients and shake well with ice and strain over ice. Garnish with sliced strawberries and blackberries.
