Toast to Mom with this fruity champagne cocktail. (Alexandra Grablewski)

Moët & Chandon has teamed up with Liquid ChefTM Kim Haasarud on a collection of celebratory champagne cocktails sure to make any Mom feel special this Mother's Day. Try mixing up the Lemon Rosé Bellini with Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial champagne and lemon sorbet for a sweeter take on the brunch classic. Drop an angostura bitter-soaked sugar cube into a champagne flute and top with champagne to create the ultimate "Toast to Mom.' Or shake up the "Sparkling Fraise" with strawberries and gin for a frothy, more extravagant drink.

So whichever cocktail suits your mother's fancy, be sure break out the bubbly at this year's brunch and raise a glass in her honor!
