We were a bit skeptical when we tried out a sample of their new Ready to Cook menu and never wanted to go shopping and spend hours doing prep work again. Everything was amazing with each morsel more delicious than the last. Our guests couldn't believe that it all came packed in Styrofoam earlier that day. It truly took more time to set the table than to prepare the meal! In today's world of hustle and bustle and traffic this is a true time saver that is worth every penny.

Orange-ginger glazed Shrimp and Mango Kabobs were a sweet and tangy start our meal. The mango was ripe and juicy and blended well with the zing of ginger on the shrimp. Just a few minutes on the grill and they were perfect – so easy! A Cooked Split Lobster was a quick reheat on the grill – light and tasty. Paired with a Lime-Cumin Crusted Skirt steak we were in heaven. Each bite resonated the Southwest and the tenderness of the meat was a delight we hardly expected.
Our sumptuous meal also included a simple Green Bean Hobo Packet that is described as a kitchen-prepped, foil-packed vegetable mix is made up of thin-sliced carrot strips, trimmed green beans, blanched slivered almonds, sea salt, pepper and garlic-infused oil. All we had to do was seal it up and toss it on a hot area of the grill while we enjoyed a local wine.
This meal ended as any good BBQ should – with S'mores. But these are your Girl scouts s'mores – this refined classic is composed of addictively rich Scharffen Berger chocolate, freshly made vanilla marshmallows, and crisp, bakery fresh graham cookies. We made them on the grill wrapped in the provided foil. There were skewers to make them the traditional way as well.

Add a little bread, some local wine, and toss up a salad and we had a lovely dinner with friends. Best of all after a hard day at the office, or traveling through Hamptons traffic, we didn't have to stop and shop and then prep a meal. As easy as unwrap, light the grill, cook, and serve – done. Perfect!
