Hamptons-Based Tea Company Launches Website

Nicole Barylski

Plain-T, a Hamptons-based "boutique tea company," will now be available across the nation as the company has launched a new website where fans can peruse their expansive variety of handcrafted teas, including black tea, oolong tea, green tea, white tea, rooibos, herbal infusions, exclusive blends, flavored and scented tea such as green mint, tropical white, apricot, passion fruit, chai and more.

Founders Tathiana and Alessandro Teixeira have spent years carefully curating the selection of specialty, hand-selected whole-leaf teas - that are developed using environmentally friendly harvesting techniques - from the most notable gardens around the world.

"We are thrilled at the great response to our products, and we are happy to bring PLAIN-T's 'Authentic Tea Experience' to you in the comfort of your own homes. Whether one is a tea connoisseur, or interested in learning more about the intricacies and health benefits of fine teas, PLAIN-T's new website offers something for everyone," says owner Tathiana Teixeira.

The online shop will also boast curated tea gift sets, tea-ware - including teapots, matcha sets, and teacups, accessories, a Customizable Tea Box - with three or five different hand-crafted pouches, and PLAIN-T@home - a subscription program that delivers teas to your home. Additionally, the website will feature articles on tea that covers tea's history, health benefits, tips on brewing the perfect cup and more.

"Tea is recognized as one of the healthiest beverages in the world. We invite everyone to enjoy our expanded line of teas and accessories available at our new website," adds the Teixeiras.

Plain-T is located at 87 Powel Avenue in Southampton. For more information, visit plain-t.com.
