Southampton - The Coast Grill (1109 Noyac Road, Southampton, 631-283-2277) is filled with stunning views and an array of flavors to excite any taste buds. The nautical themed dining room plays host to Executive Chef Brian Cheewing's classy and creative menu. The bar is filled with signature drinks and the atmosphere is true Hamptons.

The dining room is beautiful and matches the stunning views of water, sunsets and boats. The service is sensational as staff pays close attention to the needs of each diner in a pleasant and helpful manner. The food speaks for itself as the flavors tell a story and washing it down with a perfect drink from a summer inspired bar menu is the way to go.

A Frozen Coconut Mojito is the perfect way to start the dining experience. Not one flavor overpowers the other as the well-balanced mix refreshes your palate with just the right amount of rum. The beautiful green color the drink is presented with and the brightness of the fresh mint garnish make this drink very popular. The drink menu is very innovative and puts a great twist on a lot of summer favorites.

There is a very nice selection of appetizers including fresh salads like the BLT Caesar and classics including the "Nothing But Crab" crab cake. However the local Long Island duck confit was delicious with a mouth-watering tender piece of duck with lentils, shaved apple, sun dried cherries and port reduction. This dish alone will bring you back to the Coast Grill time and time again, truly a masterpiece.

The Atlantic Salmon came cooked medium rare and fresh. The perfectly cooked fish was a large portion that was presented with braised French lentils, caramelized baby carrots and chive beurre Blanc.

Desserts range from chocolate banana bread pudding to baby brownie sundae, which came with four mini brownies, topped with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream. The chocolate truffle cake, made with cappuccino gelato and chocolate sauce, fulfills anyone's sweet tooth.

Dining at The Coast Grill will keep you and your guests always coming back for more, however, the menu is a bit lagging in its extensiveness, as the focus is primarily on fish dishes, but using lots of fresh local ingredients, these dishes are both delightful and filling at reasonable prices.

The Coast Grill is a true winner in the Hamptons dining scene.
