East Hampton - Beginning this Thursday, May 27, Lucy's Whey Cheese Shop in East Hampton will have expanded hours, Thursday through Sunday Memorial Day Weekend from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Products include Delectable Cheeses fresh from the cheese makers, Fresh Baguettes made daily, Veal and Pork Terrines, Salamis, Andouille Sausages, Fresh Pasta, Fresh Ricotta and Mozzarella Ricotta, Roasted Tomatoes, Olives, Specialty Crackers, Honeys and Jams, Balsamic Reduction for fish and roasted vegetables and Unique Tarts and Cheesecakes. Party Platters are available upon request.
