The cost of the dinner is $25 per person and all proceeds going to aid Christopher¹s medical expenses.

A Touch of Venice, Mattituck

The local 8-year-old boy was diagnosed with Gorham's Disease (GD) or "vanishing bone disease" after a series of fractures that began with a fall off his sled, an accident that would have left other children bruised. With no cure and little research for the illness, Christopher and his family must take frequent trips to Boston Children¹s Hospital, one of three places in the world that is familiar with GD.

While Christopher's parents work long hours and care for three other kids, they also spend many hours researching options for their son as they try to manage their financial difficulties. "It doesn¹t matter to me if I have to take care of him forever," says Christopher Hanold Sr., "He¹s my dream. I'm heartbroken." This benefit will help to cover Christopher's escalating medical bills and the cost of the Hanold¹s Boston visits. For further information about the dinner and donations, please contact Linda at (631) 765-2800.
