East Hampton - Lucy's Whey at 80 North Main Street in East Hampton will host a Free Food Tasting and Pizza Demonstration on Saturday, May 15, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Created and demonstrated by Chef David Coppola (owner of Urban Pizza Chef, East Hampton) using cheeses and confections selected by Lucy Kazickas of Lucy's Whey, East Hampton, the menu will include:

Appetizers
 • Three tapenades: olive, roasted red pepper, and exotic mushroom

Entrees
 • Rosemary and leek-infused pizza, paired with poached lobster, thin-sliced red russet potatoes, with a garlic, cream Dante sauce

Desserts
 • Hand crafted cannolis paired with an authentic ricotta consisting of fresh lemon and orange rind

 • Cinnamon and nutmeg infused pizza, paired with apples, arugula, and Dunbarton Bleu cheese
