Corey Creek Vineyards

• Silver & Gold, $95 - Bottle of Reserve Merlot, Bedell Chardonnay and an Athena Corkscrew packaged together in a beautiful sterling ice bucket.

• Holiday Cheer, $65 - Popular Main Road Red and Main Road White wines packaged with an Athena Corkscrew, festive holiday beverage napkins and Barnyard Licorice. The basket also serves as a flower planter.

Stonewalls Restaurant Hosts New Year's Brunch
Stonewalls Restaurant (967 Reeves Avenue, Riverhead, 631-506-0777, ext. 4, www.stonewalls-restaurant.com) will be open on New Year's Day for brunch on Friday, January 1, from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Brunch includes a complimentary basket of assorted freshly baked breads and a mimosa, Bloody Mary or a glass of house wine. Cost of the three-course prix fixe is $24.95 per person. The restaurant will not be open for dinner.

Blue Sky Mediterranean Lounge
Blue Sky Mediterranean Lounge (63 Main Street, Sag Harbor, 631-725-1810) will ring in 2010 with a New Year's Eve celebration on Thursday, December 31. The regular menu will be offered from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. A holiday three-course prix fixe dinner will be offered from 8:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. with an open bar beginning at 10:30 p.m., all-inclusive for $75 per person. There will be open bar for $50 per person from 10:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., no food included. Evening entertainment features The "New Dawn" Band from 10 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. and the Times Square ball drop will be televised. Reservations are required. The restaurant will also be open on New Year's Eve's Day on Friday, January 1, 2010 for brunch and dinner. The restaurant will celebrate Christmas Eve on Thursday, December 24 from 11:30 a.m. on, with the regular menu with traditional Italian Christmas specialties.

Happy Hour At Rugosa
Rugosa (290 Montauk Highway, East Hampton, 631-604-1550, www.rugosarestaurant.com) now offers Happy Hour Thursday through Monday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Specials include $3 beers and $2 off cocktails and wines-by-the-glass. The restaurant will celebrate Christmas Eve on Thursday, December 24 from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., and serve a special $30 prix-fixe menu. The regular menu will not be offered.

Nick & Toni's New Year's Eve Specials
Nick & Toni's (136 N. Main Street, East Hampton, 631-324-3550, www.nickandtonis.com) will offer a few holiday specials on Christmas Eve on Thursday, December 24. The restaurant will open at 6 p.m. Nick & Toni's will be closed Christmas day, and is now open Wednesday through Sunday starting at 6 p.m.

Art Of Eating
Executive Chef Cheryl Stair of Art of Eating Catering (74 Montauk Highway, Amagansett, 631-267-2411 or www.hamptonsartofeating.com, e-mail wecaterit@aol.com) is famed for her predilection toward organic and local ingredients. For the winter holidays, she designs a take-home menu composed of hors d'oeuvres, soups and salads, entrees, fresh baked breads, vegetables, and desserts. All foods are prepared in small batches, not mass-produced.

East Wind New Year's Eve Celebration
East Wind (5720 Route 25A, Wading River, 631-929-6585, www.eastwindlongisland.com) where the annual New Year's Eve Celebration, on Thursday, December 31, is from 8 p.m. until 1 a.m. Celebrate in the Grand Ballroom with a champagne toast at 12 midnight and live TV simulcast from Times Square, a buffet dinner, five hours of open bar and dancing to DJ Tommy's Tunes. Four Seasons Caterer
Four Seasons Caterer (15 Prospect Street, Southampton, 631-283-3354, www.fourseasonscaterer.com) is offering a $29.95 Holiday Dinner on Thursday, December 17. Seating begins at 5 p.m., and reservations are required. Complimentary Egg Nog or Hot Cider is available, as well as drink specials all night. There is also an All You Can Eat Buffet. Enjoy Dinner and Dancing while the DJ plays fun, festive music and sings a little Sinatra.

Almond Christmas Eve Dinner
Almond Restaurant (1970 Montauk Highway, Bridgehampton, 631-537-8885) will celebrate the Eighth Annual Christmas Eve Roast Suckling Pig Dinner of roast suckling pig served with cabbage, caramelized apples and spaetzle for $27. The regular a la carte menu will also be available. Hours on Christmas Eve, December 24 are 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Almond will be closed on Christmas Day, but will reopen Saturday, December 26.

Fresno Restaurant
Fresno Restaurant (8 Fresno Place, East Hampton, 631-324-8700, www.fresnorestaurant.com) is open for dinner five nights weekly throughout December, from Wednesday to Sunday, except for Christmas Day. It will also be open through New Year's Eve weekend. Through the winter months, Fresno offers its 30/30 prix fixe every Wednesday. The $30 three-course meal includes selections from the regular menu with every bottle of wine at 30 percent off. Nightly, there are $26 (two-course) and $29 (three-course) prix fixes except on Saturday when it is available only until 6:30 p.m. or all night at the bar.

Red/bar Will Close January 3
Red/bar (210 Hampton Road, Southampton, 631-283-0704, www.redbarbrasserie.com) is open for dinner in December, from Wednesday through Sunday, and the entire week between Christmas and New Year's, including Monday, December 28 and Tuesday, December 29, closing only on Christmas Day. On New Year's Eve, early and late dinner seatings are available. There is a $65 three-course prix fixe for the early seating; and a $95 four-course prix fixe for the late seating.

Hampton Coffee Company
Hampton Coffee Company's (194 Mill Road in Westhampton Beach, on the Six Corners Roundabout, across from the Village Hall, and at 869 Montauk Highway in Water Mill, next to The Green Thumb Farmstand, www.hamptoncoffeecompany.com) special Holiday Cafés and Gift Stores are once again open for the season! All month, the locally-owned and operated espresso bars and cafés are featuring a variety of delicious special holiday beverages, warm seasonal muffins, freshly baked pies, and fantastic holiday gifts in every price range. Both cafés are open year-round from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
