New At Tutto Italiano
Tutto Italiano by Citarella (74 Montauk Highway, East Hampton, 631-324-9500) recently introduced extended hours, a brand new salad bar and updated authentically prepared food selections with new Italian specialties, making it the ideal destination for a true Italian dinner in the Hamptons. Now open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Tutto Italiano features the same fresh ingredients and gourmet groceries that Citarella is famous for in addition to an array of authentically prepared Italian foods including made-to-order pizzas. The salad bar, priced at $7.99 per pound, features the best selection of fresh produce and ingredients available. Items include antipasto, artichokes, bacon, bean salad, bocconcini, caponata, blue and feta cheeses, corn, eggs, lentils, mushrooms, olives, orzo, sliced almonds, sun-dried tomatoes, tortellini, and zucchini, to name a few, as well as a selection of dressings.

Labor Day Weekend At Turtle Crossing
Turtle Crossing (221 Pantigo Road, East Hampton, 324-7166) will offer the following for Labor Day Weekend: Dinner will be served through Monday with lunch on Saturday, Sunday and special for the holiday on Monday, Labor Day. Live music from Mama Lee & Friends will be on Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. A special of two for one draft beers will be offered during happy hour on Fridays. Hours are: Friday 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday 12 noon to 11 p.m., and Sunday and Monday 12 noon to 9 p.m. Turtle Crossing will then be closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays following Labor Day for the fall.

Three Course Prix Fixe At Southampton Publick House
Southampton Publick House (40 Bowden Square, Southampton, 631-283-2800) is offering a three course prix fixe for $21.95 on Thursday's and Friday's from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Live Music At Bedell Cellars
Bedell Cellars (36225 Main Road, Cutchogue, 631-734-7537) and Corey Creek Vineyards (Main Road (Rourte 25), Southold, 631-765-4168) present live music on Saturday, Sept. 5, Sunday, Sept. 6 and Tuesday, Sept. 8. The performers will be Mike Taylor whose style can be described as playing classic rock from the 1960s to the more modern rock of the 1990s; Joe Allegue who can be described as acoustic rock; and Ev Corwin whose style revolves around the acoustic guitar. There is no charge for the performances, but there are separate wine tasting fees ranging from $5 to $15.

Serenity At Coopers Beach Offers Family Night through Sept. 30
Now open through Sept. 30, Serenity at Coopers Beach presents Family Night on Saturdays, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., featuring a different themed event each week with fun activities for the entire family. On Labor Day weekend, Saturday, Sept. 5, Serenity will welcome the Coopers Beach Annual Sandcastle Contest winners. Judging is at 3 p.m., with prizes and awards, donated by local merchants, presented by Mayor Mark Epley and Village Trustee Richard Yastrzemski. In addition the winners of the Sandcastle Contest will be treated to a scrumptious dinner and treats, courtesy of Serenity. As with each family night, a special children's prix fixe menu including the café's popular chicken tenders, mini-burgers, and fish fritters is priced at $14.50. In addition, Friday's special four-course lobster bake prix fixe - soup du jour, mesclun green salad, a one pound, four ounce, lobster entrée with Serenity Corn on the Cob, and loaded baked potatoes, followed by dessert - reasonably priced at $26.50, is available to seniors for only $19.50 on Saturdays. Mussels Sunday At Rugosa
Mussels Sunday at Rugosa (290 Montauk Highway, East Hampton, 631-604-1550) features a half-pound of mussels for $5 from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Mussels are prepared in traditional style with shallots, garlic, butter, parsley, white wine and toasted baguette or in curry style with shallot, garlic, curry, cilantro, white wine and baguette.

New Prix Fixe At Harbor Bistro
The season might be ending, but the prix fixe deals at Harbor Bistro (313 Three Mile Harbor Road, East Hampton, 631-324-7300) are going strong! The restaurant will continue their extensive $29 prix fixe and $19 Chef's prix fixe seven days from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. In addition, complimentary bar appetizers are offered every night from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the bar only. The $19 menu changes nightly and features plentiful portions with a choice of soup or salad for an appetizer, choice of pasta, fish or meat entrée, and one dessert. The $29 prix fixe menu is also available all-night at the bar and includes a choice of three courses or two courses with a glass of wine.

At The Lobster Roll (1980 Montauk Highway, Napeague, 631-267-3740) diners can order the Shrimp Spectacular for $19.95, which includes a choice of fried shrimp, tempura shrimp, stuffed shrimp, or shrimp scampi with a cup of chowder or a salad, French fries, corn on the cob or new potatoes, and homemade coleslaw. The deal is available Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Four Seasons Caterer Adds Glatt Kosher Cooking

Three Course Deal At Café Max
Every Monday and Wednesday starting at 5:30 p.m. and lasting all night, Café Max (85 Montauk Highway, East Hampton, 631-324-2004) will be offering a deal for three courses for $23.

Live Music And Prix Fixe At Oasis
Every Monday from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Oasis (3253 Noyac Road, Sag Harbor, 631-725-7110) will be featuring live music performed by Ludmilla and Marcello along with a range of tropical drinks at the bar including Spicy Mojitos, Blood Orange Margaritas and Blackberry Cosmos. Sunday through Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. they also offer a $30 Prix Fixe dinner from their regular menu.

New Kids Menu At La Fondita

The new items include: Burritos $4; Quesadillas Pequenas (2 pieces) $4, served with your choice of two sides; and Taco Pequeno $4. Sides include: Tortilla Chips, Arroz Rice, Elote one-half ear of corn, Frijoles Negros (Whole Black Beans), and Frijoles Refritos (Refried Black Beans).
