Every Thursday, from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Bamboo in East Hampton is offering free sushi at the bar. Swing by for a few Sapporo's and some spider rolls.

Nightly Deals At Fresno
Fresno (8 Fresno Place, East Hampton, 631-324-8700) offers dining deals nightly in summer. Every Wednesday there is a 30/30 prix fixe. The $30 three-course meal includes selections from the entire regular menu - any appetizer, main course or dessert - with no supplemental charges and every bottle of wine at 30 percent off. A $28 prix fixe is also offered nightly in the dining room until 6:30 p.m. from Sunday through Friday, and all night at the bar. It includes a three-course dinner with selections from the regular menu.

Summer Prix Fixe Friday Through Sunday At red/bar
Red/bar brasserie (210 Hampton Road, Southampton, 631-283-0704) offers a nightly summer prix fixe from 6 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. when orders must be placed, every night except Saturday and holidays. Executive Chef Erik Nodeland's menu features two courses of a selected appetizer and entree at $26; or three courses of an appetizer, entrée and dessert at $29.

Blue Sky Restaurant And Lounge Now Open For Lunch
Blue Sky Restaurant & Lounge (63 Main Street, Sag Harbor, 631-725-1810) now serves lunch everyday from 11:30 a.m. The lunch menu is a modified version of the reasonably priced Mediterranean dinner menu.

Estia's Little Kitchen is offing a Potato Crusted Flounder with a glass of Amagansett Cuvée Special, nightly from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. for $25, Thursday through Sunday.

Swing by Rugosa for their $30, three-course prix fixe menu Monday through Sunday from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. The restaurant is closed Tuesdays.

Twilight Tastings On Mondays And Tuesdays At Corey Creek
Corey Creek Vineyards announces Moonlight Mondays and Twilight Tuesdays on the patio overlooking the vineyard. They will also be hosting croquet on the side lawn throughout the summer. Specials will be offered on Rose and Main Road White by the glass. The Main Road White has a grapefruit, pineapple and pear flavor with a hint of spice.

Brewer's Weekend Brunch At Publick House
Every weekend the Southampton Publick House presents the Brewer's Weekend Brunch from 12 noon to 3 p.m.; $15 per person includes a complimentary mimosa, Bloody Mary or 12 oz. brew and country style biscuits. Menu includes French Toast, Belgian-style Waffles, Pancakes, Steak and Eggs, Eggs Benedict, Quiche of Day, Omelet of Day, LI Style Crabcake and Poached Egg.

"Dope il Sole" At Matto
Matto will host a new daily event through the summer, Dope il Sole (after the sun), everyday at the bar from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The daily event will feature half-priced bellinis and complimentary snacks at the bar. On Saturdays there will be a raffle for the best bikini body winning a dinner for two at Matto.

Complimentary mimosa's are on the menu at the Southampton Publick House.

Monday Night Lobster Bakes At Tierra Mar
Tierra Mar (231 Dune Road, Westhampton Beach, 631-288-2700) offers their popular lobster bake. The special promotion will be offered every Monday beginning at 6 p.m. until Labor Day, Sept. 7. Served on the outdoor deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Tierra Mar's lobster bake is accompanied by live music courtesy of Mambo Loco. The cost of the lobster bake is $70 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

Harbor Bistro Brings $19 Three-Course Prix Fixe Back
By popular demand, Harbor Bistro brings back their $19 three-course dinner prix fixe. The menu features nightly selections and includes plentiful portions with a choice of soup or salad for an appetizer, choice of pasta, fish or meat entrée, and one dessert. The menu will be offered every night the restaurant is open throughout the summer from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Items change nightly. The menu will not be offered on holidays.

Hit Turtle Crossing For Apres Beach Happy Hour
Turtle Crossing offers après beach happy hour every Saturday and Sunday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Specials offered during happy hour include $3 drafts and $6 frozen margaritas. As well, local band Feed the Need, "rock, jazz and surf merge together for a refreshing, bright sound that will keep your feet tapping and your finger on the replay button" CD Baby, will perform every Sunday during the après beach happy hour. Bar sharing plates will be available.

Four Seasons Caterers Weekly Clambake
Four Seasons Caterers weekly clambake in Southampton will be held every Tuesday from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The family friendly event features live music, entertainment, and the freshest seafood on the island. The event features an all You Can Eat Buffet with Herb steamed Local Clams and Mussels, Corn on the Cob, Roasted Potatoes, Pasta Dishes, and Fresh Salads, plus a raw bar with Local Little Neck Clams, Peconic Bay Oysters, and Peel and Eat Shrimp for an additional $8. There will also be S'mores in the Garden and a Fresh Fruit Table. Reservations are requested at The Dining Room at the Four Seasons Caterer. The price for the dinner is $49.95 for adults and $19.95 for children 10 and under.

Turtle Crossing offers $3 drafts.


Acoustic Jams At Rowdy Hall
Rowdy Hall (10 Main Street in the Parrish Mews, East Hampton, 631-324-8555) has acoustic jams every Sunday night beginning at 9:45 p.m. The jam sessions are open to all acoustic musicians and those wishing to come listen. The kitchen closes at 11 p.m. For further information call Rowdy Hall.

Farmers Market At Tierra Mar
Tierra Mar (231 Dune Road, Westhampton Beach, 631-288-2700) will have a booth at the Westhampton Beach Farmers Market every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. through Nov. 14. The restaurant will sell foods prepared from local organic ingredients including; soups, salads and baked goods. Sample items are as follows: Seasonal Local Organic Soups like Corn Chowder, Butternut Squash, Mushroom Barley, local Organic Ketchup, local Organic Salsa and baked goods like Carrot Ginger Muffins, Double Fudge Brownies, and Banana Bread. The restaurant is also offering a special a la carte menu to accompany live music every Saturday night. Enjoy ocean views and a performance by Mambo Loco with original repertoire. They are also offering an early bird prix fixe Friday through Sunday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The prix fixe includes; soup or salad, entrée, and dessert. The cost is determined by entrée choice and ranges from $24 to $32 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

Sunday Brunch Lawn Party At Southampton Inn
Every Sunday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., during the summer months, The Southampton Inn's (91 Hill Street, Southampton, 631-283-1166) Summer Brunch Poolside Party will feature Tapas style fine food and an exotic drink menu. The tasty Tapas style menu features Lamb Carpaccio with rocket, watermelon and feta; Shrimp Dumplings: Wok Fried Calamari with chile glaze: Crispy Yellow Fin Tuna with Soba Noodle Salad; Buffalo Mozzarella with Heirloom Tomatoes, Micro Basil, White Balsamic and EVOO and a Pizzette with Goat Cheese, Caramelized Onions and Hot Sopressata. Plates range from $9 to $12. Traditional Sunday egg dishes and hamburgers will also be served.

First Ever Estate Tours At Wölffer
Wölffer Estate Tours - Tour the vineyards, stables, and grounds of the estate with a tour guide who shares the history and intriguing stories about Wölffer Estate Vineyard. Enjoy a unique opportunity to learn about the Hamptons winegrowing region and the winery's approach to winemaking. Tours (approximately 45 minutes long) depart every hour from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday through Sunday, $20 per person. Available at the Tasting Room, no reservations necessary - no children under 12 years old.

Bay Burger Jams Continue
Bay Burger Restaurant in Sag Harbor will continue "The Jam Session" - a creative playground for musicians. Come practice your craft before a live audience. This is an all inclusive event. People of all ages are invited to attend as a listener or participant, for intermediate to professional, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Every week offers different styles, including Hip Hop/Jazz Night, R&B Night, Latin/Jazz Night and Funk/Groove Night.
