The Beacon Opens For Lunch On June 18
The Beacon (8 West Water Street, Sag Harbor, 631-725-7088) will open for lunch Thursday through Monday, 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., beginning Thursday, June 18. The lunch menu, prepared by Chef Sam McCleland features items like Tuna Tartare with Capers, Whole Grain Mustard, Cucumber, Red Curry Paste and Mixed Greens, $12; Moules Frites Beacon Style with Garlic, White Wine, Lemon-Thyme, Cream and Tomato and Fries, $16; Sesame Crusted Tuna with Napa Cabbage-Jicama Slaw and Asian Glaze, $24; or a Grilled Sirloin Burger with Pommes Frites, Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion and Home-Made Pickles, $17.

Bedell Cellars And Corey Creek Vineyards Present Live Music
Bedell Cellars (36225 Main Road, Cutchogue, 631-734-7537) and Corey Creek Vineyards (Main Road (Route 25), Southold, 631-765-4168) present live music on Saturday, June 20 and Sunday, June 21. The performers are Gerald Bair, singer/songwriter of acoustic music and Joe Allegue whose style can be described as acoustic rock. There is no charge for the performances, but there are separate wine tasting fees ranging from $5 to $15 at both Bedell Cellars and Corey Creek Vineyards. The schedule is as follows: Saturday, June 20 Gerald Bair at Corey Creek Vineyards from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, June 21 Joe Allegue at Bedell Cellars from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Monday Night Lobster Bakes Are Back At Tierra Mar
Tierra Mar (231 Dune Road, Westhampton Beach, 631-288-2700) offers their popular lobster bake starting Monday, June 29 at 6 p.m. The special promotion will be offered every Monday beginning at 6 p.m. until Labor Day, Sept. 7. Served on the outdoor deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Tierra Mar's lobster bake is accompanied by live music courtesy of Mambo Loco. The cost of the lobster bake is $70 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

The menu features Chef Damien O'Donnell's nightly selections and includes plentiful portions with a choice of soup or salad for an appetizer, choice of pasta, fish or meat entrée, and one dessert. The menu will be offered every night the restaurant is open throughout the summer from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Items change nightly. The menu will not be offered on holidays.

Hit Turtle Crossing For Apres Beach Happy Hour
Turtle Crossing (221 Pantigo Road, East Hampton, 631-324-7166) has announced a new après beach happy hour every Saturday and Sunday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Specials offered during happy hour include $3 drafts and $6 frozen margaritas. As well, local band Feed the Need, "rock, jazz and surf merge together for a refreshing, bright sound that will keep your feet tapping and your finger on the replay button" CD Baby, will perform every Sunday during the après beach happy hour. Beginning this Sunday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., during the summer months, The Southampton Inn's (91 Hill Street, Southampton, 631-283-1166) Summer Brunch Poolside Party will feature Tapas style fine food and an exotic drink menu, among the lush splendor of the Inn's beautiful pool and gardens. On the menu one can choose from a delicious Lamb Carpaccio, to fresh oysters and shrimp or lobster dim sum. Traditional Sunday egg dishes and hamburgers will also be served. The menu will be executed by Chef Bryan Naylor executive chef of The Inn's restaurant, OSO. Townline BBQ (3593 Townline Road, Sagaponack, 631-537-2271) will be adding an original salad and a new seafood item to the menu. The new items are as follows: Townline Spoon Salad: TownLine's Chopped Salad you can eat with a Spoon. Chopped Romaine Lettuce, Carrots, Red peppers, Cabbage, Croutons, Texas Caviar, Jalapeno Peppers, Red Wine Vinaigrette. Comes with a choice of Pulled Pork, Burnt Ends, Pulled Chicken or Boneless Rib, $8 without meat, $12 with meat; Blackened Catfish Plate with cleaned up dirty rice: 7 oz of fresh Catfish Fillet seasoned with their own Blackening seasoning spice mix, served on a bed of cleaned up dirty rice. This means the rice does not contain any meat product which is replaced with Portobello mushrooms, it is vegetarian for those veg heads out there as a side, $14. Call for more information.
