Good Friday And Easter Specials At Wildthyme
In addition to the standard menu, Wildthyme will be offering special additions on both Easter Sunday and Good Friday. In keeping with the seasonal theme. On Friday evening they will offer diners several meat free choices. Freshly made Crab Tortellihi, with an English pea veloute and wild leeks, as an appetizer, with Wild Striped Bass, served with herb jus, fava beans, and garlic gnocchi. Those with a sweet tooth will appreciate Chef Fredrik's White Chocolate Mousse, with strawberries and balsamic reduction. Easter will feature a special prix fixe dinner (in addition to the regular menu), featuring a four-course meal. Begin with a slow poached organic Easter egg accompanied with grilled asparagus, and truffled hollandaise sauce, followed by a pan seared sea scallop, with marble potato and wild leek. As an entrée, roasted Lamb Rack, with baby eggplant, cippolini onions, and apple curry marmalade. Diners can then finish with lemon tart and yogurt ice cream. Wildthyme will be open on Easter from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Easter At Matto
Matto will celebrate Easter Sunday, April 12 with a special four-course menu for $59 per person plus tax and gratuity. The menu will be available from 12 noon to 5 p.m. during lunch and from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. for dinner. The regular menu will also be available. The special menu includes red beet salad with fresh corn with lemon dressing and homemade garganelli with fresh peas, prosciutto and touch of cream with slow roasted baby lamb with rosemary roasted potato as a third course. Celebrate Easter With Special Prix-Fixe At Tierra Mar
Tierra Mar will celebrate Easter with a dinner buffet on Sunday, April 12 from 12 noon to 6 p.m. The cost is $42 per person plus tax and 20 percent service charge. Children under 12 are half-price. Samples from the menu include first course - Organic Leek and Potato Soup with Crème Fraiche and Chives Spring Vegetable Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette; a Carving Station with Brown Sugar and Cinnamon Glazed Smoked Ham with Honey Dijon Charbroiled Marinated Leg of Lamb with Natural Juices; a Buffet Table with Tierra Mar Bouillabaisse, North Atlantic Fish and Shellfish Stew in a Light Garlic Saffron Broth, Sauteed Broccoli Rabe and Ricotta Cream Rigatoni Pasta a la Romanesca, and Local Organic Greens Sautéed with Garlic. Desserts include Meyer Lemon Tart with Toasted Italian Meringue or a Chocolate Hazelnut Dacquoise Cake with Chocolate Mousse and Ganache. Easter At Nick & Toni's
Nick & Toni's will be celebrating Easter Sunday on April 12 with a special Easter brunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Dinner will be served beginning at 6 p.m. featuring the regular a la carte menu with additional holiday specials. Specials include Diver Sea Scallop with a shaved fennel, pea shoot, Meyer lemon salad at $16; Risotto Milanese, with braised milk fed veal short rib at $14 for a half order, $24 whole order; Rack of Lamb with an artichoke, potato frittata and pepperonata at $38; and Meyer Lemon Souffle Pudding at $12.

Easter Brunch At The Gulf Coast Kitchen
The Montauk Yacht Club Resort & Marina announces a Southern-style Easter Sunday brunch buffet by new Executive Chef Michael Domitrovich at the newly launched Gulf Coast Kitchen. The brunch will be available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at $22.95 per adult and $11.95 per child. Philippe To Open In East Hampton
Philippe Chow is proud to announce the opening of Philippe in East Hampton on May 14. After many years of consideration, Philippe will finally open at 44 Three Mile Harbor Road , which formerly housed the The Kobe Club. In addition to the East Hampton location, catering from Philippe will be available throughout the East End. The East Hampton location will be the brand's fourth outpost of Philippe, and will follow the same unique formula that has made it successful in New York City, Mexico City and Miami Beach. The space will feature indoor and outdoor dining options, as well as several areas for lounging, including an outside Tiki bar. Philippe East Hampton will offer its classic dishes and cocktails, including the Nine Seasons Spicy Prawns, Peking Duck, and Chicken Satay, as well as the Philipptini and Shangai Philippe. The full menu will also be available for take-out and all off-site catering. Philippe East Hampton will donate a percentage of sales from Memorial Day to Labor Day to the American Cancer Society. Bay Burger Restaurant in Sag Harbor will begin "The Jam Session" - a creative playground for musicians on Thursday, April 9. Come practice your craft before a live audience. This is an all inclusive event. People of all ages are invited to attend as a listener or participant, for intermediate to professional. Beginning April 9, and every Thursday thereafter from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Every week offers different styles, including Hip Hop/Jazz Night, R&B Night, Latin/Jazz Night and Funk/Groove Night. Rowdy Hall (10 Main Street in the Parrish Mews, East Hampton, 631-324-8555) has announced the start of a new book club, Rowdy Readers, that will meet every Tuesday, for 12 weeks, at 12:15 p.m. at Rowdy Hall beginning Tuesday, March 24. The readers club will be in conjunction with Bookhampton, offering each week's selection for a 15 percent discount. The focus will be on turn of the century American writers and their short stories, keeping with the spirit of the original Rowdy Hall, which housed turn of the century writers.
