Hamptons Restaurant Week Is In Full Swing!
If you haven't already, it's time to avail yourself of the excellent deals to be had during the Seventh Annual "Hamptons Restaurant Week," which started last Sunday, March 29 and runs through Sunday, April 5. You won't find deals like this during the eight-day promotion, as all participating restaurants are offering a three-course prix fixe for $24.95 all night, except Saturday when it will only be offered until 7 p.m. Each restaurant is offering their own unique menu selections and some restaurants will offer a special discounted bottle of Long Island wine. No longer just for restaurants on the South Fork, Hamptons Restaurant Week now invites wineries, lodging and other local businesses on the North Fork to participate. If you haven't already heard, this year's restaurant participants on the South Fork include 75 Main, The 1770 House, a Mano, Almond Restaurant, Annona, A Touch of Venice Restaurant, Barrister's Restaurant, Bayview Inn & Restaurant, Blackwells Restaurant, Bobby Van's, Boulder Creek Steakhouse, Café Max, Casa Basso, Chequit Inn, Cittanuova, The Cooperage Inn, Desmond's Restaurant and Lounge, Digger O'Dell's, Dockers Waterside Restaurant & Marina, DoLittle's, Edgewater Restaurant, Fresno, Gurney's Sea Grille, Harvest on Fort Pond, Indian Cove Restaurant, The Inn Spot on the Bay, Jamesport Manor Inn, LaPlage Restaurant, The Laundry, Le Chef, Legends Restaurant, Lighthouse Grill at Montauk Yacht Club, Matto Restaurant, Meeting House Creek Inn, Michael Anthony's Food Bar, Michaels' Maidstone Bar and Restaurant, MUSE Restaurant & Aquatic Lounge, New Moon Café, Nick & Toni's, North Fork Table & Inn, Oaklands Restaurant & Marina, Oasis Waterfront Restaurant, Olde Speonk Inn, OSO @ The Southampton Inn, The Patio at 54 Main, Pepi's Ristorante, Pierre's, The Plaza Café, Porto Bello Restaurant, red/bar brasserie, Rowdy Hall, Scrimshaw Restaurant, Seafood Barge, Shippy's Pumpernickels Restaurant East, Soundview Restaurant, Stone Creek Inn, Stonewalls at The Woods, Tierra Mar, TRATA East, Trumpets on the Bay, Tweeds Restaurant, Villa Paul Restaurant, Vine Street Café, Westhampton Steak House, and Wildthyme Restaurant. Select restaurants will offer bottles of Long Island wine for $24.95 to accompany the prix fixe. Select vineyards on the East End will offer a discount on the selected restaurant week wines bought in their tasting rooms. La Superica Set To Reopen For The Season April 2
Summer must be close since La Superica (1 Main Street, Sag Harbor, 631-725-3388) is set to reopen for the season this Thursday, April 2. If you don't know why this is such an important event for those of us eager to start the summer season, stop in for a Pacifico, Modello, Dos Equis or one of their famous Margaritas coupled with a killer quesadilla and stay for the post dinner nightlife and find out for yourself.

OSO Restaurant Continues Their "Dinner And…" Series With Life Coach Monica Bennett
Oso Restaurant (91 Hill Street, Southampton, 631-283-1166, www.southamptoninn.com) at The Southampton Inn continues its popular mid-winter series featuring Hamptons luminaries in an elegant evening of gourmet dining and informative conversation with renowned life coach Monica Bennett. Monica Bennett has been studying personal development and health for the last 15 years. She has a B.A. in Naturopathy and is in the process of getting her N.D., certified reflexologist, and certified life coach and has received the Science of Success personal coaching certificate in 1999 from the Napoleon Hill Foundation, and LifeSuccess Consultants certification with Bob Proctor in 2008. The evening will start with light hors d'oeuvres and a chance to mix and mingle, followed by a gourmet three course dinner prepared by OSO's Executive Chef Bryan Naylor and a special presentation by Bennett on Friday, April 3, from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., cost for the dinner is $25 per person excluding tax & gratuities. Readers Club At Rowdy Hall Continues
Rowdy Hall (10 Main Street in the Parrish Mews, East Hampton, 631-324-8555) has announced the start of a new book club, Rowdy Readers, that will meet every Tuesday, for 12 weeks, at 12:15 p.m. at Rowdy Hall which began on March 24. The readers club will be in conjunction with Bookhampton, offering each week's selection for a 15 percent discount. The focus will be on turn of the century American writers and their short stories, keeping with the spirit of the original Rowdy Hall, which housed turn of the century writers. The group will feature an hour discussion on the author and the writing. Lunch will be available for purchase during the readers group. For further information call Rowdy Hall at 631-324-8555.

Prix Fixe At Tierra Mar
Tierra Mar (231 Dune Road, Westhampton Beach, 631-288-2700, www.tierramar.com) is offering an early bird prix fixe every night from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The prix fixe includes soup or salad, entrée, and dessert. The cost is determined by entrée choice and ranges from $24 to $32 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
