Jedediah's Offers "Locals" Lunch Discount
Jedediah's (400 South Jamesport Avenue, Jamesport, 631-722-2900) at the Jedediah Hawkins Inn is offering a lunch prix fixe with a 10 percent discount to local workers when they present their employee ID. Lunch is served every Monday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The price before discount is $20.08 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
Almond Reopens with New Menu Items
Almond (1970 Montauk Hwy., Bridgehampton, 631-537-8885) has reopened from vacation. While closed the place was spruced up with new bathrooms, a new bar and a fresh coat of paint. Chef
Jason Weiner has added some new menu items to the menu as well.
Almond is also offering their special three-course prix fixe for $21.95 every night from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., and their special plats du jour every night. Almond is now open Thursday through Tuesday, closed on Wednesday.
New Family Style Menu at Matto
Matto (104 North Main Street, East Hampton, 631-329-0200) is now offering a special family style menu every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday night. All dishes are designed for sharing accommodating group dining. The regular menu is also available. Matto is open for Brunch on Sundays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and is open for dinner Tuesday-Sunday starting at 5 p.m.
The Patio at 54 Main Offers Grill Room Menu
The Patio at 54 Main (54 Main St., Westhampton Beach, 631-288-0100) now offers their Grill Room menu Thursday through Tuesday beginning at 3 p.m. The restaurant is now closed Wednesdays.
Stonewalls Restaurant Closes for Winter Vacation
Stonewalls Restaurant (967 Reeves Avenue, Riverhead, 631-506-0777) will close for winter vacation beginning Monday, Feb. 18. The restaurant will open on Wednesday, Mar, 5 beginning at 11:30 a.m. Dinner is served from Wednesday through Sunday beginning at 5 p.m., lunch from Wednesday to Saturday at 11:30 a.m. and Sunday brunch beginning at 11:30 a.m.
The Plaza Café on Winter Vacation
The Plaza Cafe (61 Hill St., Southampton, 631-283-9323) will be closing for winter vacation on Wednesday, Feb. 20 to Wednesday, Mar. 12. The restaurant will reopen for dinner on Thursday, Mar. 13.
Thursday is Kids Pizza Night at Nick & Toni's
Nick & Toni's (136 N. Main St., East Hampton, 631-324-3550) has announced kids pizza night every Thursday night starting on Feb. 21. Kids ages 6-12 can make their own pizza with the chef. The cost of the pizza is $5 per child. Nick & Toni's is open Wednesday-Sunday starting at 6 p.m.
Wine & Cheese Pairing at Corey Creek Vineyards
Corey Creek Vineyards (Main Road, Southold will be hosting wine and cheese pairings, the last Saturday of each month, starting on Saturday, Feb. 23 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. They will be pairing their award winning wines with an assortment of artisanal cheeses. The cost is $15 per person and complimentary for wine club members. Reservations are required; please RSVP for the first pairing on Saturday, Feb. 23, by Friday, Feb. 1.
Introducing Family Night at Nick & Toni's
Nick & Toni's (136 N. Main St., East Hampton, 631-324-3550) is celebrating the Sunday family dinner by introducing Family Night every Sunday, starting on Feb. 24. The chef will prepare a special tailored meal of three courses, including an appetizer; entrée, and dessert - all served family style for the table. The menu will be altered for any diner's distaste and allergies. The price of this special menu is $35 per person. Nick & Toni's is open Wednesday-Sunday starting at 6 p.m.
Beer Dinner at Rowdy Hall
Rowdy Hall (10 Main St. in the Parrish Mews, East Hampton, 631-324-8555) will be having a beer dinner on Thursday, Mar. 13 starting at 6:30 p.m. World-renowned brew master, Garrett Oliver from the Brooklyn Brewery will be matching his beers with Rowdy Hall's Chef Ed Lightcap's incomparable cuisine. Everyone will receive a gift bag that will include a commemorative tee-shirt - there will also be free raffles throughout the night. The cost of the event is $75 per person, plus tax and a 20 percent tip. Reservations are required along with a $50 deposit. Rowdy Hall is open for lunch seven days from 12 noon to 3:30 p.m., for dinner Sunday-Thursday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday-Saturday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
