Southampton-based Hampton Coffee Company (HCC) has opened its fifth outpost. The latest espresso bar & café is located in Montauk. The East End-based family-owned espresso bars and cafés also has sites in Water Mill, Southampton, Westhampton Beach and Aquebogue.
“We have been wanting to open in Montauk for so long,” Jason Belkin, Hampton Coffee Company Co-Owner, noted. “We were just waiting for the perfect opportunity to become a part of this community.”
Situated in the center of town at the corner of Montauk Highway and Carl Fisher Plaza, the Montauk HCC site boasts a large outdoor patio seating area, as well as a covered porch in case of inclement weather.
As for offerings, there will be authentic Italian-style hot, iced, and blended coffee beverages, of course, as well as a variety of baked-on-premise bakery goodies – such as their signature scones, muffins, chocolate croissants and cinnamon rolls, and a wide-variety of hot breakfast and lunch items. Additional options will include their popular vegan Happy Wrap, a Sausage Egg & Cheese Biscuit, Turkey Chipotle BLT wrap, and Grilled Chicken Piccata Panino, as well as a rotating selection of soups and salads. As for desserts, there will be a Double Chocolate Chip Brownie and freshly baked cookies.
Juliana Cota of Water Mill and Maria Santos of Southampton will manage the new location. “Until now, we didn’t have any locations east of our Water Mill café so we hope this is just the first of several new Hampton Coffee locations we can open in the Town of East Hampton,” Belkin added.
Proceeds from the Montauk Hampton Coffee Company’s Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting supported the Montauk Fire Department.
All of Hampton Coffee Company cafes are open daily, year-round from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
