Rezdôra, a Manhattan Italian eatery that has earned three stars from The New York Times, will be making a special trip to the Hamptons on Thursday, May 28.
“We had received quite a few requests for fresh pasta from our guests who had retreated out East and were outside of the city’s delivery zone,” Chef Stefano Secchi noted. “Our goal is to make people happy and we wanted to do something to bring a smile to their faces.”
Rezdôra fans will be able to order an array of fresh pasta and handmade sauces including – Anolini (small ravioli filled with prosciutto and pork), Spinach Stracci (“rags” of spinach pasta from Emilia), Tagliatelle (similar to fettuccine), Radiatore (eggless pasta shaped like a radiator), Pomodoro (classic tomato sauce), Ragu Modenese (meat sauce with pork and prosciutto), Duck Ragu (braised duck sauce), Sausage Ragu (“in bianca”), and Mushroom Ragu (with seasonal mushrooms) – and have it delivered straight to their East End home.
“10% of our fresh pasta sales are donated to ROAR, an amazing restaurant relief fund, so we knew if there was demand we could also give back to our industry,” Chef Secchi added.
Orders can be placed until 9 a.m. on Thursday, May 28. The order minimum is $200.
