Attention Foodies! Prepare yourself for a tasty night in the Hamptons. Edible East End is hosting the Third Annual Great Food Truck Derby on Friday, August 8, 2014, from 4 to 7 p.m. Food trucks from Manhattan to Montauk will travel out to the Hamptons and gather at the Hayground School
in Bridgehampton for an evening of cultural as well as local mobile eats along with regional wines, craft beers and juices.
More than 20 food trucks will be in attendance. Participants will include Food, Baldor Foods, Blondie
's Bakeshop, Coolhaus, Crazy Crepe Café, Drive Change, Eat Me Drink Me, Food Freaks, Gorilla Cheese NYC, Hampton Coffee Company
Mobile Espresso Unit, Hamptons Foodie, Montauk Ice Co., Morris Grilled Cheese, Noah's
Pizza Luca, Silver Spoon Specialties

In between tasty bites, attendees can try beverages from Brooklyn Brewery

VIP Tasting Vendors will include Good Water Farms, Illyrian Press Olive Oils, Holy Schmitts, Hayground Pizza by Hayground Culinary Program Graduates, Palo Santo Restaurant and Wölffer Estate Vineyard
The event will overlap with the Hayground School Community Farmers Market, which will have programming for kids and families. In an endeavor to give back to the local community, this event will benefit Hayground Schoolyard Projects in the region, which provide culinary arts training for local kids.
Admission is $65 per person and includes one serving at every food truck as well as complimentary beverages. Admission for children 12 and under is $20. VIP tickets are available for $100, which offer early access to the food trucks beginning at 3:30 p.m., along with private food and drink tastings in the newly renovated Jeff's Kitchen.
