For a while it seemed like spring and summer would never come. But the first signs are finally here, starting with the opening of these Hamptons favorites.
Bostwick's Chowder House

) will reopen on Thursday, April 10. The menu will feature crowd favorites like Seafood Pasta, Blackened Fish Tacos, and Crab Stuffed Flounder. Prior to Memorial Day weekend, they will be open Thursday through Sunday.

) will celebrate their 2014 debut on Friday, April 11, with an opening weekend 4-course prix fixe menu for $42.

Harbor Bistro (313 Three Mile Harbor Road, East Hampton, 631-324-7300, www.harborbistro.net
) will open on Thursday, April 17. They have a special Easter prix fixe with complimentary glass of wine, sparkling wine or a Kir Royale for $45 on Sunday, April 20.
