Hamptons Chefs Serving Signature Dishes During East Hampton Fundraiser

The East End culinary world is coming together to serve a tasty winter favorite and support Springs Seedlings and Project MOST, after school educational programs. "Empty Bowls; A Souper Event" will feature a signature soup from over 28 Hamptons chefs. On Sunday, March 9, attendees should come hungry to the American Legion Post 419 in East Hampton for the soup extravaganza. The tasting will take place from 12 to 3 p.m., and if you get too full to try them all, you can even take some home.

Participating chefs include Cheryl Stair (Art Of Eating), Judiann Carmack-Fayyaz (Bridgehampton School), Debbie Geppert Events at Dreesen's Catering, Bryan Futerman, Damien O'Donnell (Harbor Grill), Arjun Achuthan (Hayground School), Kieran Brew (Amagansett Fire Department), Kristy Hood (Springs General Store), Bruce Mac Vicar (Mill House Inn), Joe Reamulto (Nick & Toni's), Vicky Sdrougias (Old Stone Market), Bill Hall and Lauren Harrington (One Stop), Nabil Bahi and Kelly McMahon (Pepperonis), Paul LaBue (Seafood Shop), Spiro Dimopoulas (Springs Pizza), Charlotte Sasso (Stuart's Seafood), Bill Valentine (Valentine Culinary Consultants), Juliette and Alison (Simply Sublime), Chris Egert (Indian Wells Tavern), Jeanine Burge (Silver Spoon Specialties), Collin Ambrose (Estia's Little Kitchen), Gretchen Menser (Fresno), Steve and Karen McFarland (ENE), Peter Ambrose (Pete Ambrose Events), Hampton Seafood Market and Laurie Trujillo-Mamay (Hampton Foody).

Tickets are $12 for adults (13 and over), $5 for children, and free for children under 5.
