Southampton Ales & Lagers Featured at the Capital City Carnival Faire & Brew
Southampton Ales & Lagers of The
Southampton Publick House (40 Bowden Sq., Southampton, NY [631] 283-2800) will be featured at the Capital City Carnival Faire & Brew at Bull Run Regional Park in Centreville, VA on Friday, September 21st - Sunday, September 23rd. The Capital City Carnival is a first time, one of its kind, hybrid beer tasting concert event. The event will feature live performances from Fishbone,
George Clinton, and Parliament Funkadelic and many more on one stage in one weekend. There will also be world class burlesque with the Pontani sister, Coney Island Carney acts and 4 oz beer tastings from 50 of the countries best microbreweries.
Tickets range from $10 - $35 per day, and there are weekend and VIP passes available. Adult tickets to the event include all shows and concerts, plus four wooden nickels entitling you to a total of 16 oz of free beer. Kids and designated driver tickets are also available. SPH is also bringing their Pumpkin Ale back just in time for the harvest season. Pumpkin Ale is the final brew in their line of XXII Reserves seasonal brews (in 22 oz. bottles). It is distributed throughout New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Northern Virginia, Maine, North Carolina, Maryland, Ohio, Washington DC and is available in gourmet markets and beverage distributors. The Pumpkin Ale retails for $5 a bottle depending on the outlet.
Turtle Crossing New Fall Prix Fixe
Turtle Crossing (221 Pantigo Rd., East Hampton, 324-7166) will be serving a three course fall prix fixe Thursday – Monday all night. The cost of the prix fixe is $23 per person. Turtle Crossing will also be will be celebrating Rosh Hashanah with brisket.
Fall Prix Fixe & New Hours at Almond
Almond (1970 Montauk Hwy., Bridgehampton, LI [631] 537-8885) Restaurant a classic French bistro offering unpretentious French at affordable prices will be offering a special fall three course prix fixe for $21.95 every night from 6-7 p.m. and all night on Monday. Almond is open Thursday through Tuesday for dinner starting at 6 p.m. and closed on Wednesday.
New Fall Prix Fixe & Hours at Almondito
Almondito (290 Montauk Highway, East Hampton, 631-329-6700) a stylish Mexican restaurant serving authentic fare is having miercoles mania every Wednesday at the bar with $5 margaritas and bocaditos. They are also offering a three-course fall prix fixe for $21.95 every night from 6 -7 p.m. and all night on Wednesday. Almondito is now open Wednesday – Monday and closed on Tuesday.
