Delmonico's of Southampton

) is replacing Savanna's, offering a chic seaside spin on the Delmonico's downtown Manhattan Flagship. "We couldn't think of a more perfect Hamptons home for America's first fine-dining restaurant than in New York's first English settlement," said Dennis Turcinovic, Owner and Managing Partner of Delmonico's Restaurant Group. Opening on Wednesday, May 22, the menu is full of fresh, local seafood, farm-to-table specialties as well as Delmonico's favorites like the Delmonico Steak and Grilled Lobster Medallion Newburg, crafted by Executive Chef Billy Oliva.
ESquared Hospitality is hosting pop-up restaurant BLT Steak

) opening on Thursday, May 23. The menu will feature BLT Steak's signatures like popovers, tuna tartare and chopped
vegetable salad, as well as classic steaks, sautéed Dover sole and peanut butter chocolate mousse. Managing Partner of ESquared Hospitality, Jimmy Haber noted "Having a presence in the Hamptons during the high-summer months provides us with the opportunity to reconnect with old customers, service existing customers and introduce potential new customers to our signature dining experience."

) on Saturday, May 18. The espresso bar and café will feature all of the Hampton Coffee
favorites like freshly baked scones, Hampton Classic
Blend coffee, and a selection homemade breakfast and lunch food. The highlight is the "coffee experience" featuring professional Barista-prepared beverages and an East End Pour Over Bar where coffee connoisseurs choose the type of coffee they want to try as well as the method of brewing.
Fresh (203 Bridgehampton Sag Harbor Turnpike, 631-537-4700) brings affordable farm-to-table cuisine in a family-friendly environment to the Hamptons beginning mid-May courtesy of chef-owner Todd Jacobs
. The menu is derived from natural ingredients and also includes gluten-free, raw, organic, and vegetarian/vegan options. Dishes range from salads, entrées available in three different sizes (1/4, 1/2 and whole), sides, desserts and a juice bar.

recently opened American comfort food restaurant, The Cuddy

For health-conscious Hamptons residents, Juice Lane

), which is opening Memorial Day weekend is a must stop. "Our priority is to work with local partners who practice sustainable farming and bring the quality farm stand experience to people in an easy drinkable format," stated co-founder Justin Browne. Juice Lane's pressed juices are extracted from local and organic, non GMO produce daily and the shop will also carry curated packaged goods like puffed quinoa bars, the founders' favorite water, Mountain Valley
, kale chips, granola and other items.
Sienna Restaurant & Ultra Lounge

East Hampton. Opening on Saturday, May 18, the menu specializes in American Nouveau with a focus on high-quality, local produce and ingredients. Menu highlights include 14 Oz. New York Strip with Mashed Potatoes and Béarnaise Sauce, T-Bar's Signature Chopped Salads, Yellowfin Tuna Tartare with Soy, Ginger and Sesame, and Crispy Long Island Duck, executed by Chef Ben Zwicker.

but will feature more fresh, local seafood options & ceviches. Additions to the Montauk location include tacos served Sonoran Style (thin cut filets of fish, chicken, beef, and pork) and the tortilla machine making La Brisa one of the very few restaurants in the area making fresh, home-made corn tortillas.
