The cocktails are as follows: Infamous Flaming Volcano, Guava Margarita, Cadillac Margarita, Raspberry Lemonade, Havanna Cooler, Mango Margarita, and Sangria. Most available by the pitcher as well as by the glass. 27 Authentic Mexican Kitchen serves lunch and dinner daily with brunch available on Saturday and Sunday.
Take in a Sunset and Happy Hour at Harbor Bistro
Harbor Bistro (313 Three Mile Harbor Road, East Hampton, NY 11937 [631] 324-7300) presents Happy Hour before the sunset every night from 5 to 6:30 p.m. In addition to the most spectacular sunset view in the Hamptons, Happy Hour features complimentary bar appetizers, which vary nightly, and $2 off all drinks including premium liquors, beer and wine. Harbor Bistro is open from 5 to 10 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday and until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

New Menu Items at The Plaza Café
The Plaza Cafe (61 Hill St., Southampton, NY, [631] 283-9323) has added some new menu items. New menu items include: Seared Sea Scallops with local sweet corn polenta, organic shitake sea bean ragout and basil oil $34, 'Duck, Duck, Goose' sliced breast with leg confit, in a red wine foie gras sauce $34, and Grilled Dry Aged Sirloin Steak with portobello, fingerling potatoes, braised escarole in a port wine sauce $48. The Plaza Café is open seven night a week starting at 5:30 p.m.
