Chef and co-owner Stacie Pierce, best known as one of New York City's top pastry chefs, is hand-making her inimitable coconut cake for Hamptonites to order for their own tables. Underneath the cake's coconut-swept swirls, giving it a billowy-looking finish, are two layers of light and lemony batter layered with white chocolate mousse and desiccated coconut. The six-inch high and ten-inch wide cake serves 12 to 14 adults.
