WEI FUN's Executive Chef Kevin Penner at Loaves & Fishes Cookshop
WEI FUN's (203 Pantigo Rd., East Hampton, LI [631] 329-2600) executive chef Kevin Penner will be giving a cooking demonstration on June 23rd from 12-2 p.m. at Loaves & Fishes in Bridgehampton. Penner will be demonstrating one of his many authentic Chinese dishes. There is no charge for this demonstration.

The Patio at 54 Main is Now Open!
The Patio at 54 Main (54 Main Street, Westhampton, N.Y. 11978 [631] 288-0100) will open on Monday June 18th, 2007, at the former site of The Patio. Owner Dwayne Kirchner has revamped the restaurant presenting a sleek modern design. Arthur "Chip" Cheek, who has more than 25 years experience, has been brought on board as the general manager. Newly appointed executive chef Katherine E. Kane will be at the helm in the kitchen. The restaurant will be open seven days a week for dinner starting at 5 p.m. and open for lunch Friday through Monday starting at noon.
