Bedell gets uncorked in Brooklyn. Friday nights are for wine with the Captain. Annona turns three. Saturday is Ladies night at Wildthyme. La Fondita is open again. And grab your spoon and pop your cork at WEI FUN.

Bedell Cellars featured at Brooklyn Uncorked

Bedell Cellars (36225 Main Road, Cutchogue, NY) will be featured at Brooklyn Uncorked on May 16th from 6 – 9p.m. at the BAM café in New York. New Yorkers will be given the chance to get a taste of Long Island wines and also have a sampling of artisanal foods from both Brooklyn and Long Island. The event is free to members of the food and wine trade and the food and wine press, the cost is $30 for the public and reservations should be made to info@ediblebrooklyn.net. Friday Night Wine Dinner in the Captain's Cellar

Jedediah's (400 South Jamesport Avenue, Jamesport NY 11947) at the Jedediah Hawkins Inn is serving a special Corey Creek Vineyards (Main Road, Southold, NY 11971 [631] 765-4168) wine dinner on Friday April 27th from 5 to 10 p.m. in the Captain's Cellar. The cost of the wine dinner is $60 per person plus tax and gratuity and reservations are required. The menu is prepared by Chef Tom Schaudel. Jedediah's is open for lunch Tuesday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; for brunch Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; and dinner Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 9:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday, 5 to 10 p.m.

Third Anniversary Celebration

Annona Restaurant (112 Riverhead Road, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978 [631] 288-7766 or www.annona.com), celebrates it third season on Thursday, April 26. To show customer-appreciation, general manager Pietro Bottero and co-chefs Daniel Ross Leutwler and Brian Leth will serve a three-course $18 prix fixe dinner beginning at 5:30 p.m. Also, come early and receive two-for-one drink specials during happy hour from 5-8 p.m.

Saturday Nights are now Ladies Night at Wildthyme Restaurant and Bar!

Wildthyme Restaurant and Bar (129 Noyac Road, Southampton, NY, 11968 [631] 204-0007) serves the ladies with $4 Pinot Grigio, $4 drink specials and $3 Coronas every Saturday night starting at 7 p.m. There will also be complimentary scrumptious appetizers served as well. Some of the drink specials include: Wild Raspberry Martini, Melontini, Fresh Watermelon Martini, Truffeltini, and Fresh Grapefruit or Mango Margaritas.

Wine Dinner at The Plaza Café

The Plaza Cafe (61 Hill St., Southampton, NY, [631] 283-9323) will be hosting a wine dinner on April 26th starting at 6p.m. The dinner will include wine selections from the Hartley-Ostini Hitching Post Winery. The cost of the dinner is $125 per person.

La Fondita Opens for 2007 Season

La Fondita (74 Montauk Hwy., Amagansett [631] 267-8800) will open for the 2007 season on Wednesday, April 25th . They will be open Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m.-8:00 p.m. and 11:30-9:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

Cork & Spoon Prix Fixe at WEI FUN

WEI FUN (203 Pantigo Rd., East Hampton, LI [631] 329-2600) will be offering a Cork & Spoon prix fixe dinner on May 7th starting at 5:30p.m. The dinner will include three courses, two paired with a quartino of sparkling wine (glass and a half). The cost of the dinner is $39 per person plus tax and gratuity; the regular menu will also be available.
