Wildthyme goes wild with Tattinger this weekend! Della Femina and Pacific East have a few new specials. Legends has good taste and the Captain has dinner at Jedediah's. Enjoy!

Wildthyme & Taittinger Champagne "Dinner of Indulgence"

Wildthyme Restaurant and Bar (129 Noyac Road, Southampton, NY, 11968 [631] 204-0007) and Taittinger Champagne are presenting a special five-course Champagne dinner on Saturday, April 21st, beginning at 6:30 p.m. This "Dinner of Indulgence" will feature Jerome Jeandin, the National Director of Champagne Taittinger, who will be on hand explaining the different champagnes, what they are matched with and answering questions. The cost is $150 per person (including tax and gratuity) and guests will also receive a Taittinger gift bag. The dinner will start off with a champagne reception and hors d'oeuvres. Reggae Music and Red Stripe Specials at Wildthyme Restaurant and Bar!

Wildthyme Restaurant and Bar (129 Noyac Road, Southampton, NY, 11968 [631] 204-0007) serves up $3 Red Stripe bottles and jammin' Reggae music every Friday night beginning at 9 p.m.

Della Femina Offers Specials During the Month of April

Della Femina (99 North Main St., East Hampton, NY [631] 329-6666) is offering a three-course prix fixe for $30.00 per person plus tax and gratuity, Sunday thru Friday all night and Saturday from 6 p.m. to 7p.m. The restaurant is also presenting "Date Night" Thursdays. Every Thursday, beginning at 6 p.m. a complimentary glass of house wine will be offered with any entrée.

Exquisite Food Offers Made-to-Order Gourmet Service

Exquisite Food (P.O. Box 3071, East Hampton, NY 11937 [631] 827-6000), will offer a new gourmet drop-off service beginning this May. Now people with large families, weekend guests, or those who simply want 'gourmet' comfort food can order it. The menu is varied, requests are welcome, and custom menus are available. Cost varies depending on the items and number of guests. Made-to-order items will be available for delivery on the South Fork until September. There is a delivery surcharge for Southampton and Montauk locations.

Michaels' at Maidstone Beach Announces New Hours

Michaels' at Maidstone Beach (28 Maidstone Park Rd., East Hampton, NY [631] 324-0725) is now open Wednesday through Sunday. Dinner will be available Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 5 to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 5 to 11 p.m. In addition, Sunday brunch will also be offered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Friday Night Wine Dinner in the Captain's Cellar

Jedediah's (400 South Jamesport Avenue, Jamesport NY 11947) at the Jedediah Hawkins Inn is serving a special Pellegrini Vineyards wine dinner on Friday April 20th from 5 to 10 p.m. in the Captain's Cellar. The cost of the wine dinner is $60 per person plus tax and gratuity and reservations are required. The menu is prepared by Chef Tom Schaudel. Jedediah's is open for lunch Tuesday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; for brunch Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; and dinner Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 9:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday, 5 to 10 p.m.

Legends is In Good Taste Participates in NYIT's food and wine tasting

Executive Chef Michael Reilly of Legends Restaurant (835 First Street, New Suffolk, NY 11956 [631] 734-5123) will participate in New York Institute of Technology's (Northern Boulevard, Old Westbury, NY 11568 [516] 686-7848) In Good Taste on Wednesday, April 25 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The event is a walk-around food and wine tasting held at NYIT's de Seversky Center in Old Westbury. Reilly will serve delicious menu items from Legends including the wild mushroom, filet with Gorgonzola tart and tuna napoleon with avocado. Tickets are $80 and VIP tickets are $150 and include a special VIP reception.

New Plat Du Jour Specials & Prix Fixe Menu at Almond

Almond (1970 Montauk Hwy., Bridgehampton, LI [631] 537-8885) is now offering a special "Plat Du Jour" every night. The dishes are as follows: Sunday, Chicken and Red Bliss Potato "Hash"; Monday, Beef Bourguignonne; Tuesday, Coquille St. Jacques; Thursday, Grilled Whole Fish; and Friday and Saturday, Roasted Rack of Veal. Plat du jour prices vary based on market price. Almond is also offering a $25 prixe fixe all night on Saturday and is still offering the $21.95 three course prix fixe all night Thursday - Tuesday except Saturday until 7 p.m. Almond is now open Thursday through Tuesday, closed on Wednesday.

Spring Specials at Pacific East

Pacific East (415 Main St., Amagansett, NY, 631-267-7770) is now offering some spring specials. The $21.95 three course prix fixe is now available all night Thursday, Friday and until 7 p.m. Saturday. Sunday night is super sushi with all sushi 50% off.
