Lucy's Whey Cheese Shop in East Hampton to discuss her book, "In a Cheesemaker's Kitchen," a treasury of original recipes from leading chefs that incorporate Vermont Butter & Cheese Company's delectable products, and share some tastes of her fabulous cheeses.
