Cheryl Stair and
Jeffrey Purrazzi will conduct the class. Students will learn how easy it is to prepare local bounty from the East End's waters. Stair, a proponent of cooking responsibly with sustainable ingredients, will teach students how to poach, sauté, roast, and steam fish and seafood. The cost is $95 per person for the three-hour session. Space is limited.

Rowdy Hall
