UPDATE: Southold Town Police Continue Search For Missing Peconic Teen

PLEASE NOTE: Ashley Murray was found on Friday, March 8, 2013, and taken to a local hospital for observation.
The Southold Town Police are continuing their search for a missing Peconic teenager. Sixteen year old Ashley Murray was last seen around 8 a.m. on Monday, February 25, 2013 at 400 Spring Lane in Peconic.
She is described as a white female approximately 5'4", around 140 lbs with reddish/brown hair, blue eyes and has a scar on her right wrist. Ashley wears hearing aids in both ears and was last seen wearing a black and gray hooded sweatshirt, red sweatpants and black boots. A source close to the case said police officers who are working with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Suffolk County and New York State Law Enforcement Agencies as well as several other East End Police Departments, have been working round the clock to try to find the individual.
