Once again, Kazdin Pools and Spas has made a generous donation to Southampton Hospital’s Audrey and Martin Gruss Heart & Stroke Center. This marks the fourth consecutive year that the Southampton-based business has supported the Hospital.
“It’s part of the community that everybody uses and we think it’s important to support something that supports so many people,” Julie Kazdin Boucher told Hamptons.com. “They do so many great things for people. It’s just nice to give back to them.”
After Kazdin Pools and Spas opened a new account during the 2016 season, they pledged $100 to Southampton Hospital. The successful campaign helped raise their total contribution to Southampton Hospital to $13,100.
George Kazdin, a Southampton Hospital Board Member and Owner of Kazdin Pools and Spas, Julie Kazdin Boucher, Operations Manager, and Brian Boucher, Service Manager, recently met with Southampton Hospital President & CEO Robert Chaloner and Southampton Hospital Foundation President Steven Bernstein to present them with this year’s donation.
“We appreciate Kazdin Pools and Spas’ continued generosity and support of the Audrey and Martin Gruss Heart and Stroke Center at Southampton Hospital,” shared Chaloner. “With this support, we are able to continue offering vital services to the South Fork community, such as free vascular screenings.”
The Audrey and Martin Gruss Heart & Stroke Center encompasses a wide range of advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities, including an advanced endovascular surgical suite that includes the newest imaging technology in a sterile operating room environment.
