On Saturday, October 8th, Main Street in Westhampton Beach will be overtaken with festive fall fun during the Greater Westhampton Chamber of Commerce’s 2nd Annual Harvest Festival.
“This year is our 2nd Annual Harvest Festival and promises to bring another great day of music, food, drinks and fun things for the kids,” shared Noelle J Bass, President of the Greater Westhampton Chamber of Commerce. “We will be kicking the day off with a pet parade at 11 a.m. and will have dance performances during the day.”
The East End community is invited to join the Chamber from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. for bites from East End eateries, a variety of entertainment for all ages, art that was created by Long Island artists, live music, wine, a beer garden, cider, traditional festival happenings and other exciting activities that will occur throughout the entire village.
The live performances will feature East End Entertainment from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Ho Def from 1 to 3 p.m. and Nina Et Cetera from 3:30 to 6 p.m.
Make sure to visit the Westhampton Free Library’s Idea Place librarians on Main Street to commemorate the Harvest Festival, and pop into the Library for two autumn favorites – donuts and cider.
In addition to the Harvest Festival, the Greater Westhampton Chamber of Commerce will be presenting the Gordon Werner Arts & Crafts Show over Columbus Day weekend. On Saturday, October 8th and Sunday, October 9th, admire works from over 65 artisans and craftsman – who reside both near and far – on the Village Green. Items will include fine art, sculpture, stained glass, fiber, jewelry, wood furniture, clay, pottery, shell art, blown glass, metal work and much more. The Arts & Crafts Shows will be on display from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., daily.
