Sag Harbor Chamber Of Commerceís HarborFest 2016 Schedule

"The Sag Harbor Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce our annual HarborFest celebration will be held this year on Saturday, September 10th and Sunday, September 11th," shared Lisa Field, President of the Sag Harbor Chamber of Commerce.

The free Village-wide event will offer riveting entertainment for all ages. "In the spirit of the Old Whalers Festival, there will be Whaleboat races, live music, old fashioned children's games, raffles, and an amazing assortment of food as Long Wharf is transformed into the largest Block Party over the water," shared Field. "Marine Park will host the Arts and Crafts Fair with over 60 select artisans, craftspeople, and local photographers. The business district will be bustling during our Whale of a Sale Sidewalk Fair when local merchants bring their wares onto the sidewalks with special deals and promotions."

Schedule of events for Saturday, September 10th:

9 a.m.

 • Whale of a Sale Sidewalk Fair in the Business District
 • Arts and Crafts Fair at Marine Park
 • Food and Non Profit Vendor Booths on the Long Wharf

11 a.m.

 • Sag Harbor Community Band on the Long Wharf
 • Children's Tug of War at Windmill Beach

12 p.m.

 • Whaleboat races begin at Windmill Beach

1 p.m.

 • John Corr Nautical music at the Windmill
 • Keith Lief, the Amazing Fire Juggler, strolls the Long Wharf
 • Children's Corn Shucking contest at Windmill Beach

2:30 p.m.

 • Children's Potato Sack races at Windmill Beach

3 p.m.

 • Hula Hoop fun at the Sag Harbor Kids Booth on the Long Wharf

5 to 10 p.m.

 • Live Music: SHFD Ladies Auxillary hosts a concert on the Long Wharf

 • Whale of a Sale Sidewalk Fair in the Business District
 • Arts and Crafts Fair at Marine Park

11 a.m.

 • Tim Fitall (Sampawams Creek) performs nautical music at the Windmill
 • Children's Tug of War at Windmill Beach

12 p.m.

 • Whaleboat races begin at Windmill Beach
 • Clam Chowder Tasting/Contest on the Long Wharf at Food Pantry booth

1 p.m.

 • Live Music: Vine Brothers performance on the Long Wharf
 • Junior Whaleboat races begin at Windmill Beach
 • Children's Corn Shucking Contest at Windmill Beach

3 p.m.

 • Hula Hoop fun at Sag Harbor Kids booth on the Long Wharf

4:30 p.m.

 • Lobster Roll Eating Contest at the Bay Burger booth on the Long Wharf
