The Greater Westhampton Chamber of Commerce along with the Village of Westhampton Beach will present the first annual Westhampton Beach Harvest Festival over Columbus Day weekend. On Saturday, October 10th, Main Street between Moniebogue Lane to Library Avenue will be taken over by the inaugural Westhampton fall festival.

"We are looking to show the best of the Greater Westhampton Area to all of our visitors proving WHB is Where the Hamptons Begin," explained Chamber Secretary and Event Co-Chair Philip Grossman. "Get into the spirit of the holiday and come to Westhampton Beach!"

From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., festivalgoers will enjoy local eats and sips, live music, entertainment for all ages, and more. If you happen to have a slow start to the morning, get a burst of energy from beats by DJ Michael from East End Entertainment, who will kickoff the music. Hot Peaz & Butter and Souled Out are headlining the live performances from 1 to 6 p.m. and be prepared to be wowed during two dance performances from the Dance Theater of the Hamptons at 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. Attendees can help Westhampton Beach get ready for Halloween during a scarecrow building contest, with entries decorating the Village. For more arts, stop by the 4th Family Film Festival at Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center or Gordon Werner Arts & Crafts Show on display on the Village Green. Bargain hunters can score holiday weekend discounts while shopping local during Sidewalk Sales.

"This event kicks off the fall season and our continued partnership with the village," noted Chamber President Elyse Richman. "The relationship between the village and the Chamber of Commerce is now right where it needs to be."

Foodies will have their fair share of fare to try during the festival. Be prepared to feast on local seafood during the 4th Annual Oyster Festival hosted by the Kiwanis Club in the Village Marina. Support local vendors and stock up on ingredients during Westhampton Beach's acclaimed Farmers Market and satisfy your thirst with brews from Crooked Ladder Brewing Company and Westhampton Beach's Mill Roadhouse or wines from Castello di Borghese Vineyard.

"Partnering and supporting the business community with events is one of the ways this village and the businesses will grow together," noted Richman. "This event will do just that."

Hampton Luxury Liner
Hampton Luxury Liner was started in 2000 as a more luxurious way to travel from NYC to the Hamptons and back. The clientele quickly grew and over the years Hampton Luxury liner became the preferred method of transportation to the Hamptons and NYC for many living in NYC and the Hamptons that wanted a comfortable and affordable way to travel back and forth. In 2009, HLL was taken over by Classic Coach and things with the liner didnít change to much for years and the owner there changed the buses to Prevost as opposed to Mercedes Setra Top Class Coaches that have always been a signature of the liner.
