Long Island Triathlon Tour Coming To The Hamptons

Are you a mighty, mighty triathlon warrior ready to test your training? If so, you're in luck because Long Island Triathlon Tour, presented by EventPower, is making its way to the East End for two upcoming events as part of its 2015 season.

First up is the North Coast Subaru Mighty Hamptons Steve Tarpinian Memorial Triathlon on Sunday, September 20th. The Olympic Distance race will start at Foster Memorial Beach (Long Beach) in Sag Harbor, as participants make their way through a 1.5K swim, 40K bike, and 10K run. The start time is 6:40 a.m.

The final Hamptons happening is the MightyMan Montauk Triathlon on Sunday, October 4th. Triathloners can choose from 3 lengths: Olympic Distance (1.5K swim, 40K bike, and 10K run) which starts at 6:50 a.m., Sprint Distance (750 meters swim, 17K bike, and 5K run) which starts at 6:30 a.m., and Half Iron Distance (1.2 mile swim, 56 miles bike, and 13.1 miles run) which starts at 6:50 a.m. All Triathlons will start from Fort Pond in Montauk.
